Our tutors have to be the best, and our tutors need to be completely focussed on delivering Results. Our approach relies on team-work, and collaboration. Collaboration is between tutors, and the Director of Studies. When students study more than on subject with us, then tutors discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each student, in weekly meetings held with the Director of Studies. Our tutors are recruited via selection procedures that are second-to-none in terms of rigour.
If they pass the application procedures, which include checking qualifications, taking up References and 10 of being observed when giving lessons, tutors will then enter into a six month trial period, during which they are subject to constant re-evaluation. Tutors will continue to receive training designed to ensure that they are able to deliver the standards of tuition that PSJ Tuition is so well-known for.
They also work closely with members of examination in their specialist subjects to remain constantly appraised of current examination requirements. Tutors who believe that they are able to inspire our students to achieve outstanding grades, may find further information by visiting our Vacancies page.
Members of examination boards for GCSE, A Level, IELTS, and assessors from Universities, and examiners working for any of the professional associations whose qualifications we teach (e.g. ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) should Contact Us.
